Who We Are

Nulife by Design is a unique program that is designed to provide Targeted Case Management to families in the Central Florida Area. 

At Nulife by Design our focus is on the unique needs of single women and children. We currently cover five counties. Lake, Sumter, Marion, Orange, and Citrus
Counties. Nulife by Design opened its doors in March 2014 Nulife By Design Inc. has been certified by AHCA and Medicaid and excepts Staywell, CMS, Sunshine, and Cenpatico.

Our Mission

To be the provider of choice. Providing quality services to assist in the stabilization of families impacted by mental issues by advocating services to youth and their families who are - at risk of educational failure, teen pregnancy, truancy and juvenile delinquency.

Our primary goal is to help individuals realize, reach, and maximize their full potential.

Targeted Case Management

Children’s Targeted Case Management (TCM) assists a family whose child has behavioral issues, intellectual disabilities, and severe medical conditions and are at -risk of educational failure. Our children’s case manager supports the family in assessing and prioritizing the family’s needs. The case manager then develops a unique, Individual Success Plans(ISP)  for each family and child that identifies the child’s and family’s strengths, needs, and individualized goals. Case Managers/Success Coaches may attend school staffing’s, and IEP meeting on your behalf so that you are not pulled away from work. The case manager will act as the liaison between the parent and the school, and advocate on your child's behalf.
